Grade Nine – History

In Grade Nine, we explore various revolutions in world history.  The suggestions below may be interchanged or substituted to suit your family’s needs.  The revolutions are designed to present each side’s viewpoint over the course of one week.  Parent-teachers and students should consider each argument, possible improvements on resolutions, and impact on the wider world.  Explore how understanding of past conflicts may help us to heal remaining rifts, bring about unity, or avoid future conflicts.

Parent-teachers should make an effort to integrate history curriculum with English track objectives, assigning their student(s) write news items, or make speeches in addition to maintaining good grammar and composition within their main lesson books.
