Our curriculum is arranged in blocks of 3-4 weeks, encompassing literature, history, science, and mathematical principles. Art, music, movement, and spiritual formation are integrated into each day. Outlines and briefs are provided for each of the grades and include, wherever possible, a booklist from which to work. Books can be purchased through this website, or independently.
As children progress to middle grades, track classes are offered in order to provide practice in English grammar, mathematics, and foreign language. Suggestions for suitable curricula are given for each subject/grade.
High school aged students are encouraged to make arrangements to intern during the school year, or for several weeks during the summer months. Suggestions are given for each grade.
Blocks may be arranged in any order you choose, throughout the year. You may begin with a science block, or a literature block – as you have the materials gathered, or in order to coordinate or stagger several students in a family. Topics that are split into multiple blocks build upon each other, so be sure to complete Block 1 for that subject before attempting subsequent blocks.
