Brian and Nissa are the parents of eight children, and have been parent-teachers for more than a dozen years. Sonnet Education was developed after having explored various educational approaches over that time.

Brian is a full-time businessman and a candidate for the Roman Catholic diaconate, and Nissa is a full-time wife and mother who manages the family publishing company, Partridge Hill Media. Together, they have founded Family Centered Living™ Magazine, and Family Centered Living™ Network, which encourages and equips parents to build a life around their families, rather than a family around their lives.
